Cancellation Policy

Cancelling Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once cancelled, a full refund will be initiated immediately to your original payment method.

• —Log in to your account and go to My Orders
• —Select the order you wish to cancel
• —Click "Cancel Order" and confirm
• —A full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Cancelling After Dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled directly. If you no longer want the item, please refuse the delivery or initiate a return within 7 days of receiving it. Refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, you may cancel before dispatch at no charge. If you refuse delivery of a dispatched COD order, the reverse shipping cost (₹100–₹150) will be deducted from any applicable store credit or future order adjustments.

Partial Cancellations

If your order contains multiple items, you may cancel individual items before dispatch. The refund will be proportional to the cancelled items. Shipping charges are recalculated after partial cancellation.

Refund Timeline

• —UPI / Net Banking: 2–3 business days
• —Credit / Debit Card: 5–7 business days
• —COD (store credit): Instantly on approval
• —Wallet (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.): 2–3 business days

Orders Cancelled by Libaas

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel your order — for example, if an item goes out of stock after your purchase or if there is a payment verification issue. In such cases, you will receive a full refund and be notified via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours.
