Returns for defective / wrong items

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 7 days of the delivery date
  • Unused and unwashed — in the same condition as received
  • Original tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by the order number and proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Innerwear and undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
  • Accessories such as scarves, jewellery, and belts
  • Items purchased during a Final Sale or marked as non-returnable
  • Items that are used, washed, damaged, or missing original tags
  • Customised or made-to-order products

How to Initiate a Return

  1. 1.Log in to your account and go to My Orders.
  2. 2.Open the delivered order and click "Request Return".
  3. 3.Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide a reason.
  4. 4.Upload at least one clear photo or video of the item showing the issue.
  5. 5.Submit your request. Our team will review it within 1–2 business days.
  6. 6.Once approved, a pickup will be scheduled from your delivery address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

COD Refunds

If you paid Cash on Delivery, the refund process works differently since there is no online payment method to reverse. Once your return is approved, you will have two options:

  • 1.

    Store Credit (Instant)

    The refund amount is added to your Libaas wallet immediately after return approval. You can use it on any future order with no expiry.

  • 2.

    Bank Transfer (3–5 business days)

    We transfer the refund directly to your bank account. You will need to provide your account number and IFSC code when submitting your return request. Transfers are processed within 3–5 business days of return approval.

To request a bank transfer refund, select the "Bank Transfer" option when raising your return and enter your bank details. For any issues, contact us at support@libaaswear.com.

Exchanges

We offer size and colour exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To request an exchange:

  1. 1.Go to My Orders and open the delivered order.
  2. 2.Click "Request Return / Exchange" and select the item(s).
  3. 3.Choose "Exchange" as the request type and select the desired size or colour.
  4. 4.Upload a photo of the item in its original condition.
  5. 5.Submit — our team will review within 1–2 business days.
  6. 6.Once approved, ship the item back. Your replacement will be dispatched upon receipt.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size or colour is unavailable, we will process a full refund instead. Exchanges are free for defective items; a ₹79 handling fee applies for size/preference exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

Important: Report within 48 hours of delivery

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery. Reports submitted after this window cannot be accepted.

To report a defective or incorrect item:

  • Email support@libaaswear.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number and the item name
  • Attach clear photos or a short video showing the defect or incorrect item
  • Our team will respond within 24 hours with a replacement or full refund — at no cost to you

We recommend recording a short unboxing video when opening your parcel. This protects you in the event of a dispute and speeds up resolution.
