Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days depending on your location. Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata) typically receive orders within 3–5 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your AWB number and a tracking link. You can also track your order from the My Orders page.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for most pin codes across India. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. COD orders follow the same delivery timeline as prepaid orders.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within India. We do not ship to PO boxes or Army Post Office (APO) addresses.
Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will retry up to 2 more times. After 3 failed attempts, the package is returned to us. You will be contacted to arrange re-delivery or a refund.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@libaaswear.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
