1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Libaas website (libaaswear.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Product colours may vary slightly from the images shown on screen due to photography and display settings.

3. Orders & Payments

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.

4. Shipping

We ship across India via our logistics partners. Estimated delivery times are 5–8 business days. Libaas is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of return approval. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@libaaswear.com of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of Libaas and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Libaas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
